HexClear is a free puzzle game. By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. License and Personal Use

You can play for personal use. Do not copy, sell, or wrap the game as your own.

2. As-Is Provision

The game is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available, bug-free, or fit a particular purpose. Scores and saved games live on your phone. If they vanish (uninstall, a bug, a lost phone), that is not something we can restore.

3. Advertising

Ads from Google may appear. Those ads are Google’s. We are not responsible for what they show or where they send you.

4. Age Requirement

This game is not meant for children under 13.

5. Changes to Terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Keep using the app after that and the new terms apply.
