WreckerPay (“the App”) is a personal job log and estimated-pay tool for company drivers. This policy describes how data is handled.

1. Data we store

WreckerPay stores the following only on your device:

• Jobs you enter (dates, accounts, miles, hours, notes, pay snapshots)
• Accounts and rate history you configure
• App settings (pay rule, pay period, theme, work timer logs, tip counters, Pro entitlement cache)

There is no WreckerPay cloud account. We do not operate a backend that receives your jobs, accounts, or settings.

2. Data we do not collect

• No automatic upload of job or account data to WreckerPay servers
• No advertising ID tracking by WreckerPay
• No sale of personal data

3. Export, backup, and feedback

You may export a pay period (Excel), create a full JSON backup, or send in-app feedback (optional screenshot of the current screen plus a short note). Those files and screenshots leave the device only when you share them through the system share sheet (email, Drive, Files, etc.). WreckerPay does not transmit those files for you and does not upload feedback automatically.

A feedback screenshot can include job or pay details visible on screen. Only use feedback if you are comfortable sharing what is on the screen.

4. Optional Pro (Google Play subscriptions)

Optional Pro is sold as auto-renewing Google Play subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Google bills those purchases and processes payment and subscription status. WreckerPay does not collect payment card data and does not operate a payment server. The App may check purchase status with Google Play on this device so Pro features can be unlocked or restored.

5. Camera and other permissions

WreckerPay does not use location or contacts. The camera is used only when you choose to scan an optional account-rates QR code shared by another driver. File access is limited to what the system share sheet and file picker provide when you export, import a backup, or share feedback.

6. Children

The App is intended for adult workers. It is not directed at children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
